TECHNICAL FAQ - SCHOOLS
WHAT IS 135 TENNIS ANALYTICS?
135 manages analytics programs for schools (eg Barker College, Scots College, Newington College, and Shore School), academies (eg Voyager Tennis Academy) and federations (eg Tennis Canada). Apart from educating players and coaches, the 135 App and 135 Analyser allows players, parents and coaches to record match analytics from footage or live at the court. Results can then be filtered and viewed over time for player improvement.
More information can be found in a school specific proposal.
WHAT DATA IS STORED IN 135’S SYSTEMS?
Player first name, last name and email address. The email address is used as a unique identifier rather than for marketing purposes. Phone numbers and DOB’s can be stored but are voluntary. Match footage is stored but no still images.
WHO CAN ACCESS 135’S SYSTEMS?
The only two people who have access to the entire system are the two Directors of the Gadget Tennis P/L T/A 135 Tennis Analytics (Nicholas Scott and Aaron Robertson-Hodder). Both Directors have current WWCCs. Schools nominate people who have access to the data and information of their school players ONLY. They would likely be the Director of Tennis, school coaches, Head of Sport etc. Schools may also elect to have the IT department as a user (Admin). We employ “Match Analysts” to view and analyse matches. All are residents of Australia and are under 18. Our Match Analysts have no access to footage once they have finished recording analytics for a particular match.
IS ANY DATA ACCESSIBLE BY THE GENERAL PUBLIC WITHOUT AUTHORISATION OR AUTHENTICATION?
No
HOW IS ACCESS TO 135’S SYSTEMS SECURED?
Each staff member and player will have their own username and password to access the system, which will be loaded by 135 after advice in writing from the Head of Tennis at the school.
IN WHICH COUNTRY IS DATA STORED?
USA and Australia
WHICH HOSTING SERVICE DOES 135 USE?
Azure
HOW DOES 135 SECURE DATA AND ITS ENVIRONMENT?
Access to front and backend web apps and resources is restricted to users authenticated via AZURE B2C. To access specific resources/data, users must also be added to the Web App user list and allocated the relevant Roles by Admins whose access is controlled by Azure B2c Groups.
WHAT IS 135’S PRIVACY POLICY?
WHAT ARE 135’S TERMS OF SERVICE?
Specific terms for an individual school may be agreed upon in writing.
WHO HAS ACCESS TO A PLAYER’S FOOTAGE?
A player can access their own footage by signing into the 135 Analyser. They can only see their own data and footage, not the footage of other players in the “team”. The only people who have access to the school “team” are designated Admins and Coaches of the school and 135’s two Directors.
