MEASURE

135 Tennis Analytics partners with tennis coaches and academies in Australia to deliver match analysis outcomes for players.

135 provides players with systems, processes, technology and services to improve their “Tennis IQ”  from the start of their competitive journey through to an elite junior player and beyond.

Everything 135 does is provided through a player’s coach to ensure consistent messaging that’s taken from the training court to the match court. We assist with developmental goals based on individual matchplay data, and provide it in such a way that makes it easy to understand.

135’s technology (135 App, 135 Analyser and 135 Camera) are provided as part of a service, NOT as “set-and-forget” tech. Analytics in isolation won’t mean a great deal without an expert Analyst to interpret results.

Last of all, the level of service we provide is catered to a player’s level ie it’s individual, based on a player’s level and their coach’s recommendation.

Welcome to 135 Australia!

"Measuring academic performance has always been a process from the start of school to the end. 135 applies the same logic to a process of reporting in tennis.....one that measurably supports player, parent and coach through the tennis development journey."

FAQ

What's the difference between PLATINUM and GOLD?

Every 3 months, both PLATINUM and GOLD players can:

  • Record and upload 4 matches to the 135 Analyser. 3 will be analysed by 135. 1 is held for player analysis.
  • Receive a 135 Consult with Customised Reporting.

In addition, PLATINUM players can:

  • Upload a further 4 matches per month in between quarterly Consults. Again, 135 will analyse 3 matches. 1 is held for player analysis.
  • Receive an Interim Report to check progress.

PLATINUM level players are likely at a stage in their junior tennis career when the frequency of reporting and determining progress requires more video and more data. There’s no need for more consultation, but knowing a player is on the right path when they are likely close to a college or professional tennis career is required.

What is a 135 Consult?

135’s Director, Nick Scott, will consult directly to your player after 4 matches are recorded and uploaded to the 135 Analyser.

Nick consults to players worldwide, all through their coach, helping them understand their games better, as well as tennis in general.

It is imperative that a parent attend the first Consult with a player.

What is a Progress Video?

A short video (no longer than 5 minutes) is produced by 135 outlining strengths and weaknesses and priorities for improvement.

The progress video is a reference point for player and coach. It’s something they can watch at the start of their first session following a 135 consult.

What is Customised Reporting?

135 Customised Reporting is produced and saved in the 135 Analyser, accessible by player, parent and coach.

The report will outline a player’s priorities for their coming training period, areas of strengths and weakness and improvements from previous periods.

What are Interim and Automated Reports?

Interim and Automated Reports are generated in the 135 Analyser. They display a player’s progress but do not contain customised notes from 135.

OUR TECHNOLOGY

It should be emphasised that our tech is not “set-and-forget” nor is it the everything of what we do. It’s the best of its type, but it supports a process of development and a framework of understanding among players, parents and coaches.

135 Camera

The 135 Camera and Mount have been designed specifically for tennis and ease of use.

135 Analyser

The 135 Analyser is where everything is stored including match footage, data and player reporting.

135 App

The 135 App is an integral part of everything we do and is how data recorded either from match footage or live at the court is uploaded to the 135 Analyser, where it can be further filtered for analysis purposes.
