Pricing, Services and Support
The following is suggested pricing for a partnership between 135 Tennis Analytics and AMA for services and technology provision within Canada. Broad details about 135’s partnerships can be found on this link.
Once agreed, this proposal gives AMA the exclusive right to market, sell and consult to players, coaches and parents within Canada only, using 135’s systems and support.
Details of this proposal are strictly confidential. Once implemented, a review will take place after six months, then on an annual basis.

Please note the pricing listed below is quarterly. There may be a need to implement different pricing levels within each jurisdiction in Canada. In consultation, we will establish pricing that reflects the percentage difference in pricing of a private tennis lesson in each place.
The reason for implementing location based pricing is that the cost of a private lesson may differ in Vancouver compared to Montreal, for example. 135’s systems caters to location pricing.

Notes
The above levels represent the following approximate work hours per quarter per player for partners:
GOLD: Consult, video and report = 1 hour
SILVER: Video and report = 30 minutes
BRONZE: Report only = 15-20 minutes
Every player must join for the amount of $599, after which a quarterly level will be selected. All consulting, video explainer and reporting will be carried out by 135 directly, after which AMA will take over.
The pricing above is indicative only and should not be communicated to clients until agreed upon by 135 and AMA.
Revenue Sharing
JOINING: Shared 80% to 135 and 20% to AMA, 0% to the Home Coach
Ongoing GOLD, SILVER, and BRONZE: 35% to 135, 55% to AMA and 10% to the Home Coach.
A separate Excel spreadsheet has been sent which allows pricing to be changed to illustrate the revenue share to each party. Changing the price will automatically change the amount shared.
NOTE: Platinum and White pricing is also listed. 135 uses these in specific markets where it is necessary to have a level above GOLD and a level below WHITE for strategic purposes. The WHITE level provides access to the 135 App and 135 Analyser ONLY, hence it’s a tech-only plan for which 135 receives 80% of the payment.
Should an academy take over the role of Consultant, they must have at least 10 players enrolled in a 135 analytics program and have their Consultant trained by 135. This protects the integrity of the service provided.
In such cases, the percentage to 135 will not change, but obviously there will be a change to the percentage to the Home Coach and the percentage to AMA. The percentage split must be agreed by both AMA and 135 before handing over responsibility.
