IN BRIEF
If you’re like most coaches of aspirational junior players, you’re probably thinking 3 things when you hear about the latest tennis analytics that will help the players you coach:
- “I spend loads of time on the court. When do I have time to look at data and how do I know what to look for?”
- “How am I going to be paid to examine what the data is telling me?”
- “How am I getting the footage to have matches analyzed in the first place?”
Before we even get to “what is 135?” and “what does your tech do?” etc, we want to tell you four things about the way we operate:
- We only work with players through their coach.
- We analyze the data for you.
- We pay you to implement 135 with your players.
- We have simplified the recording of footage so that players can carry the 135 Camera and 135 Mount in their racquet bag. We even give it to them free as part of a GOLD or SILVER 135 program through you.
Want to Know More?
We know your time is precious, so you don’t have to read any further.
Set up a 20 minute video call with our Director, Nick Scott. Nick will show you around our systems and they can work for you and your players. You can set up a call through your local 135 Analyst.

What is 135?
Unlike other sports, coaches can’t attend the matches that their juniors play, nor have the time to analyze video footage after the fact. 135 becomes “the eyes” to help develop junior players with you.
135 is a process of reporting a junior player’s development at regular intervals, helping player and coach understand tactical strengths and weaknesses over time, while developing Tennis IQ throughout the competitive journey. 135 also provides players with a system by which they watch themselves play in a meaningful way…..because watching cut up footage on your phone while lying on the couch isn’t meaningful!
We also have the best tech to support the process of “Profile – Benchmark – Measure”. See below for video examples.

Revenue Sharing
The only variable in 135’s revenue sharing model is in the consulting and reporting. If 135 is responsible for consults, progress videos and player reporting, coaches receive 15% of revenue.
If the coach or academy fulfils the consulting and reporting roles, their revenue share becomes 30%. This is only preferred in cases where a coach or academy has 10 or more players signed up to 135.

FAQ
A consult is 135 talking through the results of match analysis with the player. Parents are encouraged to attend, particularly in the early stages.
Coaches can attend but there’s no need as everything we discuss with the player is in the report and progress video.
Consults are not just about pointing out strengths and weaknesses. It’s about the main areas of improvement that a player will need to address in training to win more matches over time, and providing them with the confidence that they can!
NOTE: As coaches, we may see technical flaws in a player’s game. Our job is to report to the player about their strategy and tactics using the 135 Framework. Any technical issues are referred directly to the coach, NOT discussed with the player or their parents.
A Progress Video is no longer than 5 minutes. A 135 Analyst will run through a screen recording to which your player and their coach can refer at their next lesson and beyond.
Customised reports contain snapshots of data generated by 135 Analysts to illustrate a player’s progress. Much like a school report, 135 reports contain notes about the different outcomes the player is trying to achieve based on their match play analysis.
